Ingredients
5.5 oz cashews
1 cup water
1/3 cup date syrup (or agave syrup)
3 tbsp carob powder
1 tsp bourbon vanilla
1 tbsp xanatan gumi
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 small banana
Directions
- Blend all the ingredients in a heavy duty blender until you get a creamy mixture.
- Fill into jars and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
- Serve with a banana wheel and crushed cashews on top.
