A creamy, carob pudding that will tantalize your taste buds with its smooth texture and sweet flavor. Made with only natural ingredients, this dessert is perfect for a special occasion or just to enjoy on a lazy day.

Ingredients

  • 5.5 oz cashews

  • 1 cup water

  • 1/3 cup date syrup (or agave syrup)

  • 3 tbsp carob powder

  • 1 tsp bourbon vanilla

  • 1 tbsp xanatan gumi

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 small banana

Directions

  • Blend all the ingredients in a heavy duty blender until you get a creamy mixture.
  • Fill into jars and chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
  • Serve with a banana wheel and crushed cashews on top.
