Ingredients
1/4 cup 1/4 quinoa
1 tbsp 1 ground flax seeds
0.3 oz 0.3 walnut kernels
1 whole 1 banana
1/8 cup 1/8 fresh or frozen blueberries
1/8 cup 1/8 raisins
to taste to taste plant based milk (rise, oat, almond…)
Directions
- Cook the quinoa the night before and drain it.
- Cut the banana into rings.
- Crush the nuts into small pieces.
- Mix all the ingredients in a deep dish or bowl and pour over desired amount of vegetable milk.
