A colorful breakfast bowl full of quinoa with fruit, hearty, rich and nutritious. It will fill you up so you can start your day full of energy.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup 1/4 quinoa

  • 1 tbsp 1 ground flax seeds

  • 0.3 oz 0.3 walnut kernels

  • 1 whole 1 banana

  • 1/8 cup 1/8 fresh or frozen blueberries

  • 1/8 cup 1/8 raisins

  • to taste to taste plant based milk (rise, oat, almond…)

Directions

  • Cook the quinoa the night before and drain it.
  • Cut the banana into rings.
  • Crush the nuts into small pieces.
  • Mix all the ingredients in a deep dish or bowl and pour over desired amount of vegetable milk.
