These hazelnut bites will satisfy every craving for something you probably shouldn’t eat (like chocolate), and you will feel great afterwards. They are sweet and a way better option than something like chocolate.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups 2 soaked cashews

  • 10 pcs 10 soaked medjool dates

  • 1 tbsp 1 cocoa powder

  • 1 dash 1 bourbon vanilla seeds

  • 25 pcs 25 whole roasted hazelnuts

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 ground roasted hazelnuts

Directions

  • Remove pits from dates
  • Mix soaked cashews, soaked dates without pits, cocoa powder, vanilla seeds and blend into a firm paste.
  • Take a bit of the mixed paste and put the whole hazelnut in the middle. Roll the ball, covering the hazelnut in the middle.
  • Roll in the ground roasted hazelnuts
  • Leave in the fridge for 4 hours to firm up.
