minutesThese hazelnut bites will satisfy every craving for something you probably shouldn’t eat (like chocolate), and you will feel great afterwards. They are sweet and a way better option than something like chocolate.

Ingredients
2 cups soaked cashews
10 pcs soaked medjool dates
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 dash bourbon vanilla seeds
25 pcs whole roasted hazelnuts
1/2 cup ground roasted hazelnuts
Directions
- Remove pits from dates
- Mix soaked cashews, soaked dates without pits, cocoa powder, vanilla seeds and blend into a firm paste.
- Take a bit of the mixed paste and put the whole hazelnut in the middle. Roll the ball, covering the hazelnut in the middle.
- Roll in the ground roasted hazelnuts
- Leave in the fridge for 4 hours to firm up.
