minutesQuick curry rice, is a dish that uses a mixture of spices and aromatic vegetables to create a unique taste sensation. The main difference from typical curry is the use of rice rather than potatoes or wheat.

Ingredients
7 oz white rice
1 1/2 cup vegetable broth
1 whole red pepper
1 whole onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp curry powder
1/4 tsp pepper
1 small bunch parsley
1/4 tsp salt (to taste)
Directions
- Cook the rice in a vegetable broth. The cooking time depends on the type of rice you use.
- In a pan, fry the onion that you first cut into small pieces and garlic (cut into small pieces) in a little water until the onion is golden. Add water as necessary.
- Add the curry, pepper and leave on a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Add the cooked rice and the sliced peppers and leave on a low heat for a few more minutes.
- Serve in a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
