minutesA super simple and delicious chocolate chia pudding with fresh blueberries that can be topped with and any other fruit you’re craving or with nuts or granola.

Ingredients
3 tbsp chia seeds
1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup vegetable milk
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp date syrup
Directions
- Mix all ingredients.
- Divide the mixture between 2 jars and leave to stand for at least 4 hours. Ideally, leave in the fridge overnight.
- Sprinkle a few blueberries or other fresh fruit on top and serve in the jar.
