Ingredients
4 whole ripe bananas
2 tbsp carob powder
Directions
- Cut the bananas into rounds and freeze them.
- Place the softened bananas and carob in a professional blender and blend until creamy.
Notes
- If you want different flavours, replace the carob with frozen strawberries, raspberries, blueberries or any other fruit you like. It is the bananas that give the sweetness and structure, and the additives provide the flavour.
- Add some dates for extra sweetness.
