A super simple and delicious chocolate chia pudding with fresh blueberries that can be topped with and any other fruit you’re craving or with nuts or granola.

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds

  • 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder

  • 1 cup vegetable milk

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp date syrup

Directions

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Divide the mixture between 2 jars and leave to stand for at least 4 hours. Ideally, leave in the fridge overnight.
  • Sprinkle a few blueberries or other fresh fruit on top and serve in the jar.
