Feel like something sweet & simple? You have to try these banana oats cookies cookies! They are easy, require just a few ingridients and almost no cooking experience. Weirder they look, better they taste.

Ingredients

  • 3 whole 3 ripe bananas

  • 7 oz 7 wholegrain spelt oats

  • 4.5 oz 4.5 pitted and chopped dates

  • 1/8 cup 1/8 water

  • 1 tsp 1 bourbon vanilla

Directions

  • Mash bananas with fork.
  • Mix all ingredients and leave them aside for 15 minutes.
  • Using a teaspoon grab a bit of mixture and place it on parchment paper. Repeat until you have used whole mixture.
  • Bake cookies for 20 minutes at 350°F or until they get golden brown colour.
